Job summary

MoOngy is seeking an ERP Integration Lead (SAP S/4HANA) to drive the integration workstream of a global transformation program. You will lead the technical integration between SAP S/4HANA and business applications, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and deployment teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP integration or S/4HANA transformations, deep knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, APIs, and governance, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Integration, Enterprise Application Integration, or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading global teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex transformation environments.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, integration governance, cybersecurity, and SAP delivery methodologies.
• Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or other GxP-regulated industries is highly valued.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP Integration workstream within a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Define integration standards, API strategies, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Oversee the design, build, testing, and deployment of integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, clean core principles, and global technology strategies.
• Support deployment readiness, interface validation, cutover activities, and go-live execution.
• Collaborate with teams across ERP Delivery, Data Migration, Validation, Testing, Security, and Digital Manufacturing.
• Identify technical risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution of integration-related challenges.
• Provide leadership to internal teams, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
• Promote the adoption of SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, APIs, and modern integration technologies.

The Role: ERP Integration Lead (SAP S/4HANA)

Work Model: Remote with occasional travel

Languages: Fluent English | German is considered a plus

In this role, you will act as the technical lead for integration activities, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and critical business applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution owners, architects, deployment teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions that support global rollouts.
