ERP Configuration and Development Specialist – NetSuite, Certinia

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced ERP professional to lead full lifecycle implementations across NetSuite, Certinia, or similar platforms. You will configure modules across finance, accounting, PSA, billing, revenue recognition, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes.

You will translate business requirements into scalable ERP designs, build custom solutions, develop integrations, and drive data migration and analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 7–12+ years of experience in ERP systems configuration, development, or implementation.
• Strong financial/accounting domain knowledge (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Billing).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Certinia, or comparable ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials, Acumatica).
• Experience with ERP configuration, workflows, scripting, and/or customization.
• Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.
• Experience with data migration and financial data mapping.
• Ability to translate business/finance requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Build reports, dashboards, and financial analytics to support FP&A and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders to optimize ERP workflows.
• Provide technical leadership on ERP architecture, configuration standards, and best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance ERP performance and scalability.
