Jobtailor is seeking a professional to drive digital transformation by configuring Oracle NetSuite ERP for startups and mid-sized firms. You will design and optimise business processes, plan data migration, and support change management to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• In focus: Digitalised processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.
• Guiding clients – start‑ups, high‑growth companies and medium‑sized businesses – towards a digital future with excellent business processes using Oracle digitalisation solutions.
• Designing intelligent business processes in which modern, market‑leading digitalisation technologies can realise their full potential.
• Configuring NetSuite ERP solutions using agile and hybrid methodology models tailored precisely to the client’s business processes.
• Responsible for turnkey implementation and accompanying change management.
• Analysing, improving or redesigning business processes.
• Using the Horus business process tools and ready‑made best‑practice reference models for process visualisation and documentation in workshops.
• Developing, following a standardised procedure, requirements specifications for the configuration of the target system and guidelines for client‑specific additional developments and integrations in collaboration with the client’s subject‑matter experts.
• Defining suitable test cases.
• Leveraging ready‑made SuiteSuccess or best‑practice solutions for rapid implementation, continuously refined through an agile process.
• Design, configuration, customisation and testing of business processes within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
• Planning data migration and providing support during the transformation process, data cleansing and executing the migration.
• Supporting organisational change management, planning and delivering training and coaching programmes.
• Supporting the client during the operational phase, resolving application issues, rectifying system errors, and providing ongoing maintenance and further development of the system.

Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Management, Business Administration with an affinity for IT, Computer Science with an affinity for Business Administration, or practical business experience as a career changer.
• Business management knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Finance and Accounting, Enterprise Performance Management, SCM/Logistics and Production, Customer Experience (Sales, Marketing, Service).
• Knowledge and, ideally, practical experience in the tool‑supported analysis and modelling of business processes.
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable, human‑centred user experiences.
• Strong communication skills, abstract thinking, organisational skills, attention to detail in preparation of documentation and presentation materials, and proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel for project work domestically and abroad.
