Job summary

The Rise of Women’s Football is seeking an organized operations associate to manage equipment, stock, and logistics for the national team across training camps, tournaments, and international matches. You will work closely with players, staff, and partners, ensuring smooth operations on and off the field.

duties include coordinating hotels and venues, maintaining stock records, and supporting the team with timely, accurate reporting while upholding a professional and adaptable service mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and dispatch team equipment.
• Accompany team to courses, tournaments, training and international measures.
• Record and post stock in merchandise system (packing lists, delivery notes, loss lists).
• Serve as contact person for departments, players and staff.
• Coordinate with hotels, logistics partners and venues.
• Assemble and dismantle cabins, meeting rooms and material stations.
• Determine quantity structure requirements for playing and training clothing.

Your playing field

• Administration, picking and dispatch of team equipment
• Accompaniment of the team to courses, tournaments, training and international match measures
• Recording and posting of stocks in the merchandise management system (e.g. creation of packing lists, delivery notes, loss lists, etc.)
• Contact person for departments, players and staff
• Coordination with hotels, logistics partners and venues
• Assembly and dismantling of cabins, meeting rooms and material stations
• Determination of the requirements of the quantity structures for the playing and training clothing

• Very high flexibility in terms of time (incl. travel activities on weekends and over several weeks)
• Experience in the operations of football teams
• Structured, independent way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and service orientation
• Driving licence class B
• Confident and professional appearance towards players, coaches, functional teams and external service providers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel,) and experience in dealing with warehouse software
• Impeccable police clearance certificate
• Good foreign language skills in English, other foreign languages are an advantage
