Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Frankfurt, Germany – onsite 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track preventive maintenance schedules for process machinery in the facility
• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
• Perform machine upgrades and testing
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator-led maintenance tasks
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
• Work with cross-functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Suite, Microsoft)
• Advanced hands‑on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude
• Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment
• Curious and seeks to learn new processes and systems; asks questions to ensure understanding
• Takes direction well
• Attention to detail
• Safety‑first mentality
• Ability to work in a deadline‑sensitive environment
