Job summary

CGH Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide primary support for OpTime and Anesthesia applications. You will coordinate project issues, maintain knowledge of policies, and ensure the system aligns with business needs and timelines.

The role requires an Illinois RN license and at least 1 year of RN experience, with certification in the Epic area within 3 months of training. This is a salaried, day-shift position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• 1 year RN experience required.
• Position will be expected to become certified in the application area within 3 months of Epic corporate training course.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for the application’s end‑users.
• Identify issues that arise in your application area as well as issues that impact other application teams and work to resolve them.
• Guide workflow design, build and testing the system, and analyzing other technical issues associated with Epic software.
• Identify and implement requested changes to the system.
• Serve as a liaison between end users’ workflow needs and Epic implementation staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives, including participating in weekly project team meetings.
• Work with Epic representatives, your organization’s business community, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization’s business needs in regard to the project deliverables and timeline.
• Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for the organization’s workflows by attending site visits and other integrated sessions.
• Participate in training and working with end users.
• Troubleshoot problems and questionsReview the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
• Hold weekly communications with team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end‑user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range

$73,507.20 - $110,260.80
