Help shape the future of environmental measurement, science and technology.
At Campbell Scientific, we believe better data leads to better decisions.
We develop advanced measurement systems, data loggers, data acquisition systems, scientific instruments and software that help scientists, researchers and organisations understand and respond to some of the world's biggest challenges, from severe weather and climate change to sustainable food production, energy, natural resources and infrastructure safety.
Our technology is used around the world to collect the data that helps advance science and support a more sustainable future.
We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Environmental Partner Development Manager to lead our European & Middle East Partner Network and help us identify and deliver new opportunities for growth.
This is a senior leadership and business development role with responsibility for developing our Partner Network, leading a team of Trusted Advisors and driving growth across the Environmental market.
You will help shape the vision and direction for our European & Middle East markets, working closely with senior leadership, our Environmental Market Group and wider sales leadership teams to understand customer needs and translate these into effective commercial strategies.
You will combine technical and scientific understanding with strong commercial leadership, building trusted relationships with partners, customers, researchers and internal stakeholders.
A key part of the role will be developing people — coaching and mentoring the team, strengthening sales capability and helping individuals progress to Trusted Advisor status.
You will also play an important role in identifying new partners, developing senior-level relationships and creating long-term opportunities that support Campbell Scientific's growth.
This is a full-time European regional role, which can be based in the UK, Germany or Spain, depending on the successful candidate's location and experience.
The role will involve approximately 25% travel, primarily across Europe and the Middle East. This will include travel to customers and partners, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, team meetings and other business events, with occasional international travel where required.
The successful candidate should therefore be comfortable working across different countries and cultures and be willing to travel regularly as part of the role.
