The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Graduate Programme is a two-year development pathway designed to prepare graduates for technical, operational and engineering roles within GSK’s GSC in your chosen discipline. The program emphasizes hands-on experience, exposure to cross-functional projects, and development opportunities across local and global initiatives.

Digital Data & Analytics (DDA) focus: Each rotation emphasizes DDA to support innovation and improvement of manufacturing processes.

Marburg is a state-of-the-art vaccine production site within a vibrant university town. The campus features cutting-edge production lines, advanced quality control labs and modern facilities, offering a dynamic environment for global vaccine development.
What you’ll be doing includes:
Develop EHS experience: Gain practical knowledge through programs, communications, safety leadership and technical projects focused on protecting worker health and the environment.
Compliance & Trust: Participate in EHS monitoring and compliance activities, including audits and inspections.
Risk assessment: Learn to create and implement risk assessments and workplace evaluations (e.g., HAZOPs, chemicals, noise, mental health, transport).
Hazard investigation: Investigate hazards and recommend improvement actions.
Data-driven decisions: Use data to inform decisions and apply new technologies to prevent incidents.
Problem-solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (DMAIC/Six Sigma).
Project management: Lead local and global EHS and sustainability projects with leadership collaboration.
EHS qualifications: Work toward internationally recognized EHS qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH).
Scientific interest: Keen interest in science and working in a pharmaceutical production environment with a passion for health and the environment.
Continuous improvement mindset: Commitment to growth with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Impact-oriented: Ability to listen, learn and make a meaningful impact through high-quality work.
Teamwork: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
