As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with the Commercial Head to significantly boost commercial efficiency and expand revenue. Your role is to be a hands‑on strategic implementer, optimizing current structures and launching new growth initiatives.
Commercial Excellence (Efficiency): Optimize structures and processes to maximize the productivity of our sales force (Partner Managers and Commercial Agents).
Strategic Business Development (Growth): Lead strategic projects to secure long‑term growth by launching new offerings and penetrating new markets/segments.
