Zusammenfassung

Morressier is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to support its executive team and drive strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute to key projects, and develop a deep understanding of the business with a path to a senior role within 24 months. Ideal candidates are analytical, trustworthy, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2-3 years work experience preferably in a startup environment.
• Experience developing content for Scholarly Societies or Academic Institutions is advantageous.
• Ability to travel and be available across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a core support to the executive team
• Support the C-Suite with key projects and tasks
• Lead on the agenda, structure and follow ups of quarterly strategy sessions
• Co-ordinate a regular flow of information, including project updates across the executive team
• Support and/or deputize for the leadership team administratively or operationally
• Lead on key internal projects & presentations - internally & externally
• Learn, Learn & Learn!
• We envisage our EIR will move internally into a senior role within 24 months.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier European university with outstanding results
