Zusammenfassung

VARM sucht Mitarbeitende, die Projekte wie eigene Start-ups behandeln und volle Verantwortung von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung übernehmen. In einem schnell wachsenden Klima-Tech-Unternehmen arbeiten Sie eigenständig, schaffen Strukturen und liefern robuste Ergebnisse in kurzen Zeitrahmen.

Sie verfügen über 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld oder Gründungserfahrung, sind analytisch stark und kommunizieren fließend Englisch und Deutsch.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in schnelllebiger Start-up-/Scale-up-Umgebung, Beratung, Investment Banking oder VC oder mind. 2 Jahre Gründer-Erfahrung.

Aufgaben

• Übernahme von Projekten mit unternehmerischer Eigenverantwortung von Idee bis Umsetzung.
• Sinnvolles Arbeiten in einem schnell wachsenden Klima-Tech-Unternehmen.
• In Ambiguität arbeiten und Strukturen schaffen, wo noch keine existieren.
• Proaktives, hands-on Vorgehen und eigenständiges Arbeiten.
• Kommunikation auf Englisch und Deutsch, komplexe Ideen verständlich machen.
