Aufgaben

The outcomes we expect from your role within the first year

• Accelerate Growth: Forge and nurture strategic alliances with key industry players, targeting a threefold increase in revenue through high-ROI partnerships.
• Steer Strategy: Own and drive transformative projects, establishing yourself as the go-to representative for VARM in board meetings, conferences, and other high-profile engagements.
• Identify Opportunities: Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities that keep us ahead of the curve.

• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-lasting, high-impact alliances that directly contribute to VARM's ambitious growth objectives.
• Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Leverage industry insights to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable partnership strategies.
• Strategic Representation: Serve as VARM’s ambassador in critical meetings and events, effectively conveying our vision and driving strategic discussions.

Qualifikation

• You have an elite background, whether in management consulting (ex-MBB), investment banking, VC-funded founder, a fast growing start-up / scale-up or similarly demanding environment.
• You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
• You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
• Proven ability to think strategically, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable solutions
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Location: This is a Berlin-based opportunity
