What you will be doing
  • Lead the execution of the programs overall business plan to exceed targets and goals.
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in your accounts.
  • Utilize solution based selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners.
  • Deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • Prospect new account opportunities.
  • Managing client and internal expectations.
  • Responding to RFP’s, making compelling business cases and contracting for work.
  • Being the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings and knowing what the competition is doing.
  • Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with our corporate clients & strategic partners
  • Client meetings, present & pitch the service portfolio and close contracts to boost new business streams.
More about you
  • Native in Spanish and at least C1 level of English
  • A degree in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, economics or innovation management.
  • Outstanding sales skills and negotiation skills as well as proper recognition of business opportunities
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in tech.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively with tech, product, finance, marketing or operations colleagues
  • You have experience with solution/consultative selling
  • You want to play a key role in shaping the future of homify by developing new business streams and business models from the scratch
  • You are multilingual and speak any other Languages that are relevant for the homify core markets ? -> Definitely a plus point !
