Miro in Munich is seeking a senior leader to own the go-to-market for the Enterprise segment in DACH, guiding the regional sales leadership and driving growth as we expand from a single product into a multi‑product AI platform.
You will build and lead a high‑performing, multi‑product sales organization, focusing on consultative, outcomes‑driven selling, and develop talent across the team to win large strategic deals.
Miro is looking to hire a strong leader to lead our go-to-market presence in the Enterprise Segment of our DACH region, lead that part of the DACH Sales team, and contribute to driving the company through the next phase of growth in the region — as Miro scales from a single-product company into a multi-product AI platform. This role is based in our Munich hub. Each role at Miro is based at one of our physical hubs and we look for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in office culture as our baseline.
This role will report into our Head of DACH, driving the geography through the next phase of growth in the region and will be a key member of the DACH sales leadership organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is a natural builder with a passion for sales, strategy, and platform‑led growth — motivated by developing talent and creating high‑performing teams that sell outcomes, not features.
We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow.
