Zusammenfassung

Grünenthal Group is seeking a professional to join its Enterprise Risk Management team on a permanent, on-site basis in Germany.

The role focuses on driving the execution and continuous improvement of the ERM framework across functions and regions, coordinating risk processes and maintaining the enterprise risk register.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law, Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management including risk assessment, monitoring and reporting.
• Experience in consulting or regulated industries is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Fluent English and German; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

Aufgaben

• Drive and support the execution and continuous improvement of Grünenthal's Enterprise Risk Management framework across functions and regions.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and reporting processes, including delivering consolidated risk assessments for management and governance.
• Maintain and further develop the enterprise risk register, identifying opportunities for process, system and AI-driven improvements.
• Strengthen the Risk Champion network through training, best-practice sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote a strong risk culture and risk-informed decision-making, providing guidance, challenge, and support to stakeholders across the business.
