European Commodity Clearing AG in Leipzig is seeking a risk software specialist to support the development of risk management systems and their components. You will act as the interface between IT development and specialist departments and drive the definition and implementation of requirements in a cross-functional team.

You will assist the product owner in prioritizing future development, influence agile processes, and coordinate user acceptance tests with the involved departments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in (business) computer science, (business) engineer, (business) mathematician, risk manager or comparable.
• Basic knowledge of risk management, data management and AI implementation.
• Strong interest in risk management, complex data management, and designing risk software applications.
• Experience in energy industry or financial mathematics/risk management is a benefit.
• Agile mindset and hands-on mentality.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

In a cross-functional team, you support the further development of risk management systems and their components. As the interface between the IT development department and the specialist departments, you act as a "competence center" for the risk systems / risk modules to be managed. You will drive the definition and conception of the implementation of requirements and coordinate the corresponding implementation steps. You will further support the product owner in the prioritization and future development of risk systems, continuously influence our agile way of working and carry out user acceptance tests / feature tests in cooperation with the specialist departments.

• Completed studies as (business) computer scientist (f/m/d), (business) engineer (f/m/d), (business) mathematician (f/m/d), risk manager (f/m/d) or comparable
