Enterprise Architect (all genders) – Diconium

This role involves designing business and solution architectures in the automotive environment, leading stakeholder management, and guiding enterprise architecture development within agile program contexts.

Responsibilities

• You are the main contact person in stakeholder management on the customer and Diconium side for organizational development and business process modeling.
• You design business and solution architectures in the automotive environment based on customer and user-specific business cases.
• Your focus is on the strategic and methodical development of enterprise architectures and systems, which are used sustainably in the methodology toolbox.
• You are jointly responsible for realization and consistency of projects from theory to operationalization, ensuring procedures and plans are implemented for sustainable success.
• You represent the architecture perspective in SAFe program management and participate in 12-week cycles of multi-day PI planning to clarify interdependencies across groups.

What You Bring Along

• You are passionate about agile project structures, new methodological approaches, and a contemporary technology stack.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience as an IT, system, solution, or enterprise architect in the digital/E-commerce sector.
• You are experienced in designing digital solution architectures and understand digital business models/economy of scale.
• You have expertise in implementing capabilities for the digitization of sales processes (e.g., subscription economy, marketplaces, customer experience platforms).
• You are comfortable applying methodologies such as enterprise architecture management, TOGAF, design-thinking, creative techniques, or moderation.
• Your German and English communication skills (min. C1 level each) support conveying and enforcing architectural vision to stakeholders/management.
