The Alloy Specialist II supports the Digital Enterprise Team by leading advanced Alloy configuration, testing, compliance, documentation, and reporting activities that help execute platform roadmaps and maintain stable, well-controlled environments. This role serves as an escalation point for internal and external partners, supports production issue resolution, and collaborates with line-of-business stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and risk monitoring. The position is needed to provide experienced operational leadership, stronger cross-functional coordination, and mentorship to Specialist I team members while supporting ongoing enhancements and business-as-usual operations.
Lead advanced Alloy configuration, environment support, and roadmap execution activities to help ensure stable platform performance, sound controls, and timely delivery of enhancements.
Coordinate and validate software releases, upgrades, and configuration changes by developing and maintaining test scripts, overseeing quality assurance activities, documenting results, and helping drive successful implementation.
Develop reporting, operational analysis, and control documentation to support compliance monitoring, vendor oversight, audit readiness, model documentation, and risk assessment activities.
Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners by guiding support case resolution, assisting with solution development, resolving production interruptions, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Partner with the Digital Enterprise Team and line-of-business stakeholders to evaluate strategy effectiveness, identify continuous improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance automation and procedural alignment.
Support access reviews, vendor documentation, control activities, and team effectiveness by maintaining required governance materials and mentoring Specialist I team members to strengthen execution quality and professional growth.

Minimum of 5 years of banking experience preferred.
Experience supporting deposit account opening, core processing, platform administration, or related operational and technical processes is strongly preferred.
Project management experience is preferred.
Requires frequent use of a computer screen and the ability to review documents, reports, and system information while sitting or standing; occasional bending and reaching may be required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Strong working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to account origination and banking operations.
Advanced proficiency with Alloy, Salesforce, Fiserv, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings with partners and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data strategically, identify process improvements, and support automation opportunities.
Ability to mentor less experienced team members and contribute to team development and execution quality.
Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for extended periods of time

Office: This position reports to a physical Company location, and the setting will be a typical office environment.
Remote or hybrid: For remote or hybrid positions, a secure and distraction-free setting is required, with a reliable internet connection (cable or fiber preferred, mobile hotspots not acceptable). Hybrid positions will report to a physical Company location, as directed by the manager, and that setting will be a typical office environment.
In accordance with Colorado and Virginia law: Pay for this position is anticipated to be between $76,260.00 - $121,819.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience and education.
