The BSA/AML Risk Analyst II supports Pathward’s second line of defense for the BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC (“AML”) compliance programs. This role performs oversight and advisory activities to help ensure program elements are administered in accordance with approved policy, applicable laws and regulations, and sound industry practices. The Analyst identifies compliance risks and improvement opportunities, partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop practical solutions, and provides consultative support to business lines and third parties.
In this role, you’ll work with business partners across the organization to help identify, assess, and reduce financial‑crime compliance risk. You’ll contribute to meaningful improvements in controls and processes while building your expertise in AML oversight.

Salary range: $50,000 – $84,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
