Accenture PLC in Germany seeks a Senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist to advise clients on creating value from AI and data. You will define enterprise AI strategy, build value cases, and outline roadmaps, shaping AI platforms and operating models while embedding Responsible AI.

You will lead large-scale delivery, engage C-suite stakeholders, and translate complex data into actionable insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.
• Proven high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders.

Your Mission

As a senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AIand data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platformstrategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Who You Are

• Significant AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• Proven high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients
• Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, technology, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Applicants must be fluent in German, both written and spoken.
