Job summary

Accenture plc in Germany seeks an Enterprise AI Value Strategist Manager to advise clients on capturing value from AI and data. You will define enterprise AI strategy, build value cases, and lead large-scale delivery with senior stakeholders.

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist Manager, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specificAIand data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platformstrategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

BASIC (REQUIRED) QUALIFICATION

• AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients
• Applicants must be fluent in German, both written and spoken
