Your IMPACT
- Own and deliver a multi‑million euro sales quota across DACH, managing the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and execute strategic account plans, including stakeholder management, long‑term development, and targeted pipeline generation
- Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder deal environments, engaging C‑level executives and functions such as IT, finance, legal, and procurement
- Lead commercial strategy and negotiations, covering pricing, contracts, and internal alignment with legal, finance, and delivery teams
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, including deal qualification, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health
- Drive executive‑level value selling by linking sustainability and digital/AI solutions to financial performance, risk mitigation, and compliance
- Collaborate with partners and act as an internal strategic voice, contributing to go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and representing the company externally
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong track record of consistent quota overachievement
- Proven success in closing complex, high‑value deals (€100k–€1M+) within large, enterprise organizations
- Strong experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and engaging senior decision‑makers
- Expertise in value‑based selling, executive engagement, and commercial negotiations, ideally using structured sales methodologies
- Solid understanding of the DACH enterprise market, with fluency in German and English
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or regulated sectors, with exposure to sustainability, energy, or ESG topics as a plus
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
