Job Summary
Asan EnterpriseAccountExecutiveyou will play a pivotal role in driving the growth ofCDatabyidentifying,prospecting, and closing new enterprise-level accounts. Leveraging your strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and consultative selling skills, you will forge strategic relationships with keydecision-makersto understand their unique challenges and position our solutions as indispensable assets to their success.Yourmain responsibilities will beowningthe full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including lead follow-up, advancing the sales cycle, and negotiating/closing deals. You will carry anew-bookedbusiness (NBB) quota and willbe requiredto execute solution-selling skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospect,identify, andqualifyhigh-value enterprise accounts within the designated territory.
- Call on and develop relationships with new prospectsin an effort tomeet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target organizations and drive revenue growth.
- Navigate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and initiatives within Key Accounts.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and presentations to articulate the value proposition ofCDatasolutions to executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of solutions.
- Build andmaintaina robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and SLAs to achieve win-win agreements for both the client andCData.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics to effectively positionCDataas a market leader.
- RepresentCDataat industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and foster strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Proventrack recordof success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Integration software,SaaSor related technology sales.
- Familiarity with a high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environment
- Effective at integrating knowledge from prospecting, consultative selling, negotiating contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Strong senseof initiative and personal leadershipdemonstratingthe ability to function independently while contributing to team initiatives
- Strong business acumen,ethicsand high integrity, highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: SaaS, BI & Analytics, Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Data Integration, Low Code, Data Preparation, and Data Virtualization
- Proficiencyin CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
Travel Required: Willingness to travel up to 25% of thetime asneeded.
US Only: The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $120,000-$150,000 per year. The actual range may vary depending on specific locations and experience.
Data Access & Compliance: This role may access, process, or support systems containing confidential customer data, including PII, PHI/ePHI, and other regulated or sensitive information. The employee must comply with CData’s Information Classification and Management Policy, HIPAA-related safeguards where applicable, access-control requirements, data-handling procedures, and incident-reporting obligations.
