• Degree in Software or Hardware Engineering, robotics or similar field
• 2 - 5 years of engineering project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware–software industry

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Degree in Software or Hardware Engineering, robotics or similar field
• You bring 2 - 5 years of engineering project or program management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware‑software industry is a must

• Ability to combine structure with agility, you can track deliverables rigorously while adapting quickly to shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and confident across written, verbal, and visual formats, from engineering discussions to leadership updates
• You are comfortable working in an early‑stage environment and are motivated by speed, ownership, and impact
• You are excited about building dual‑use defense technology that protects open societies and restores the economics of European air defense
• Experience with project management tools are welcome (e.g. Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban, etc.)
