Alstom in Hennigsdorf is seeking an Electrical Engineering Project Lead to own the electrical engineering scope of projects and ensure alignment with QCD targets. You will work with design, manufacturing and suppliers and coordinate interfaces across international sites (France, India) to deliver on time.

You will drive planning and execution of electrical deliverables, while fostering stakeholder alignment and risk awareness for smooth project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including technical expertise and team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in project management with a structured and self‑organized approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering, ideally in the railway, automotive, or similar industries.
• Experience with train systems, functions, and industrialization processes (e.g., cable harness design and manufacturing) is a plus
• Knowledge of CAD design tools is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, and suppliers), manage interfaces across international engineering sites (e.g., France, India), and ensure timely issuance of project documentation, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of planning and executing electrical engineering deliverables, but also drive stakeholder alignment and risk awareness for smooth project execution.
