Meyandy LLC is seeking an Engineering Professional to join our Augsburg, Germany team, acting as the local interface between customer and offshore engineering teams in the aerospace/tool engineering sector.

The role focuses on coordinating customer requirements, meetings and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of technical needs and timely closure of actions, while supporting project coordination and issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English are mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Experience in aerospace, tool engineering, manufacturing or production engineering is an advantage.
• Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the local interface between Airbus Tool Engineering/Production teams and our offshore engineering team.
• Coordinate customer requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and project activities.
• Understand, clarify, and communicate technical requirements between customer and engineering teams.
• Track open topics, actions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.
• Participate in customer/project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Support resolution of technical and project coordination issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent German and good English – mandatory.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good technical understanding and organizational skills.
• Experience in aerospace, Airbus, tool engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering is an advantage.
• Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams is a plus.
