Requirements

• Experience working with non-technical product managers
• Experience managing engineering teams, conflict resolution, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
• Have built, shipped & maintained production‑ready applications, including AI‑first applications
• Strong in coding and are comfortable working across the stack
• Experience deploying cloud‑based and on‑prem applications
• High agency – you don't wait for permission to solve problems
• Excellent communication skills in English
