Responsibilities:
  • Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks including ADCs, DACs, PLLs, voltage regulators, power management circuits, precision analog, and low-power I/O circuits.
  • Develop testbenchs and test cases for analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Perform transistor-level circuit simulations for functionality, noise, timing, power, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct post-layout verification including parasitic extraction and corner analysis.
  • Develop behavioral models of analog circuits
  • Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, simulation reports, test plans, and characterization results.
  • Support bench characterization and silicon validation using laboratory measurement equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of CMOS device physics and semiconductor technologies.
  • Familiarity with analog building blocks such as amplifiers, regulators, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, or power management circuits.
  • Experience with circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, SPICE, or equivalent EDA platforms.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
  • Internship or academic project experience related to analog or mixed-signal IC design.
  • Exposure to post-layout simulations, parasitic extraction, and silicon characterization.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python or MATLAB.
  • Understanding of lab equipment and semiconductor measurement techniques.
  • Experience with data converter or clock-generation circuit design is a plus.
What You Can Expect:
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard semiconductor design tools and methodologies.
  • Mentorship from experienced analog and mixed-signal engineers.
  • Exposure to the complete IC development cycle from architecture through production.
  • A collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and technical growth.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
