ATOSS Software SE in Munich is seeking an experienced Employer Branding & Engagement Expert to create meaningful employee experiences and communicate an authentic, compelling employer identity.

In this role, you will own and deliver our culture and engagement calendar—from onboarding, wellbeing, CSR, and values initiatives to internal campaigns and events. You will support employer branding content across recruiting channels and help attract the right talent.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Strong track record of developing and delivering events, culture initiatives, and internal campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to adapt communications to different audiences and channels.
• A creative mindset combined with a structured, hands-on, and execution-focused approach.

We are looking for an experienced Employer Branding & Engagement Expert to create meaningful employee experiences and communicate an authentic, compelling employer identity.

In this role, you will own and deliver our culture and engagement calendar - from onboarding, wellbeing, CSR, and values initiatives to internal campaigns and events. You will also support employer branding content across recruiting channels, helping us attract the right talent, strengthen employees’ connection to the company, and build a lasting sense of belonging.

What You Bring

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
• A strong track record of developing and delivering events, culture initiatives, and internal campaigns
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to adapt communications to different audiences and channels
• A creative mindset combined with a structured, hands-on, and execution-focused approach
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
• A confident presence and the ability to inspire others around shared ideas
• A high degree of initiative, ownership, and organization
• An authentic connection to company culture and values, with the ability to bring them to life credibly
• Experience in technology, software, SaaS, or consulting is an advantage
• Munich-based or willing to work on-site regularly
