Zusammenfassung

ATOSS Software AG is seeking an experienced HR IT professional to drive strategic development of core HR systems, notably SAP SuccessFactors and Greenhouse, and to lead transformation initiatives across HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll. You will own requirements, governance, and rollout planning, while guiding external partners and training key users.

The role emphasizes data quality, system stability, and continuous improvement of HR software landscapes in a multi-stakeholder, B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in HR IT, HRIS, or a SuccessFactors environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in product ownership, requirements management, and managing software or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of HR processes and how they are mapped in digital systems.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured way of working.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with a passion for training users and supporting change processes.
• Ideally, experience with integrating HR systems into existing IT landscape.

Aufgaben

• Plan and support transformation and digitalization projects in collaboration with HR and key stakeholders, especially Finance, Controlling, IT, and Payroll.
• Drive the strategic development and product ownership of core HR software products such as SuccessFactors and Greenhouse, including their integration into the broader IT landscape.
• Take ownership of requirements management, prioritization, roadmap planning, and release management.
• Manage and continuously enhance the SuccessFactors landscape, including governance concepts, system configuration, and reporting.
• Advise business functions on translating strategic initiatives into functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Closely coordinate with and manage external implementation partners.
• Ensure system stability, data quality, and the continuous improvement of the utilized SuccessFactors solutions.
• Advise and regularly train key users and end users on updates, best practices, system usage, and process design in the SuccessFactors environment.
• Create and maintain a SuccessFactors wiki as a central knowledge platform, as well as a monthly newsletter for the HR department.
• Support first- and second-level support activities for SuccessFactors.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support audit processes.

The Role
