NVIDIA Gruppe, based in Munich, seeks a Global Payroll team member for an 18-month fixed-term contract. This position involves managing payroll compliance across the EMEA region, implementation of global payroll systems, and partnering with HR and Finance teams. Candidates must have at least 8 years in payroll, certification, and excellent communication skills.
The role requires a proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and fluency in English are essential.
This role is based out of NVIDIA’s Munich/Wuerselen Germany Office or Reading UK Office. As part of the Global Payroll team, this position reports to the Head of International Payroll in the UK and will work closely with the Finance and HR Departments. This position will include day‑to‑day payroll compliance requirements across EMEA as well as special projects, including EMEA Payroll implmentation, business process improvement initiatives across NVIDIA’s EMEA payroll regions. Coordinating with HR for new hire and benefit process. The position will require the treatment of sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion, acting at the highest standards of ethical behavior, and require strong leadership and advocacy for the Company’s Human Resource (HR) and Payroll departments’ controls and the Company’s related policies.
This role requires extensive payroll and employment tax background, and excellent communication skills. This person must be self‑motivated, driven to work independently with limited oversight, and able to work collaboratively across other international payroll regions. In addition, the role requires flexibility and willingness to change in roles and responsibilities, and the ability to travel.
This is an 18 month fixed term contract role.
