Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and deliver the regional Employee Relations and Labor Relations strategy across EMEA. You will lead a regional team in a matrixed environment, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to drive transformational change.

The role requires deep knowledge of regional employment laws, experience with complex investigations, and a track record in managing Works Councils and unions across multiple countries.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with regional employment laws across EMEA.
• Experience conducting complex Employee Relations investigations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country union/Works Council relationships across EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR technology solutions.
• Experience with data analytics strategies and metrics.
• Experience with hybrid internal/outsourced service delivery models.
• Proven ability to coach and develop regional teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Track record of leading organizational transformations.
• HR certification (CIPD or SHRM-CP/SCP) is required.
