Job summary

OHB System AG in Bremen sucht einen EMC Analysis & Test Engineer (m/f/d). Sie analysieren Anforderungen, planen EMC-Tests und arbeiten eng mit Projektteams zusammen, um EMC-Konformität sicherzustellen.

Sie bringen eine einschlägige Ingenieursausbildung, Erfahrung in Satellitenprojekten (B/C/D) und gute Englischkenntnisse mit und arbeiten sowohl remote als auch vor Ort im hybriden Modell.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Kommunikations- oder HF-Technik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung in Satellitenprojekten Phasen B/C/D mit EMC-Aufgaben.
• Kenntnis von EMC-Analytik und Standards im Satellitenbereich.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise in komplexen Projekten.
• Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung von Satellitenprojekten von Vorentwicklung bis Flight Readiness.
• Erstellung und Pflege EMC-bezogener Dokumentationen wie Pläne, Analysen und Tests.
• Planung und Durchführung von EMC-Tests auf Unit-, Subsystem- und Systemebene.
• Koordination EMC-bezogener Aktivitäten mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern.
• Präsentation der Ergebnisse intern und beim Kunden.

EMC Analysis & Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support satellite projects from the pre development phase through to flight readiness and analyse system requirements including the flowdown of EMC and grounding requirements at spacecraft and equipment level
• Prepare and maintain EMC related documentation including control plans, analyses, specifications, test procedures, reports and design descriptions
• Plan and execute EMC tests at unit, subsystem and system level and coordinate EMC related activities with customers, vendors and subcontractors
• Collaborate closely with the project team, system engineering and other technical divisions to ensure consistent EMC compliance throughout all project phases
• Prepare and present work results both internally and to the customer

Your Qualifications

• University degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, communications technology or high frequency engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in phases B/C/D of satellite projects with proven expertise in EMC tasks and related hardware development activities
• Proficiency with EMC analysis and simulation tools and solid understanding of applicable standards and requirements in the satellite domain
• High degree of independence, responsibility, flexibility and the ability to work in a structured manner within complex technical projects
• Fluency in spoken and written English
