Isar Aerospace in Ottobrunn, Germany, seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to join the Flight Software Testing team. You will implement and automate software tests, analyze data, and verify/validate flight software quickly and reliably.

You will build and maintain test infrastructure such as HIL setups, develop tools, diagnose bugs, and track performance during launches and test campaigns, providing expert field support. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or comparable.
• Experience developing with Python, C/C++.
• Experience working with Real-time systems.
• Proficient with Git.
• Proficient at debugging software.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in English.

Your Role in Our Space Mission

• Recognizebugs and drivethe effort to resolve them.

• Helptrack the performance of our software in the field (e.g.during launch and test campaigns) and be able to providelivesupport andexpertise.
