Confidential NewSpace venture in Germany is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join a five-person core team building a LEO satellite installation and integration product. The role spans system architecture, tooling selection, hardware decisions, and full lifecycle development from prototype to testing.

You will design, implement, and test embedded software for SoCs and custom platforms, develop drivers and middleware, and integrate partner SDKs to support hardware/software co-design.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years embedded software development experience.
• Strong networking background (IP, Ethernet, TCP/UDP, routing).
• Experience with C, embedded Linux, RTOS.
• EU citizenship required for clearance.

A confidential NewSpace venture is building a LEO satellite installation and integration product from scratch; and is now looking for an embedded software engineer to complete a five-person core team. This is a genuine full cycle opportunity - you will begin with early phase work spanning system architecture, tooling selection, and hardware component decisions before progressing through the full lifecycle from proof of concept through to design, implementation, and testing.
