We’re looking for a motivated mid-level Embedded Linux Software Engineer with a solid background in embedded software development to join our team building uncrewed surface vessels.

Tasks
- Port NVIDIA Jetson Linux to custom hardware
- Develop and integrate Linux device drivers (e.g. cameras, GNSS, IMUs, sensors)
- Configure and maintain the Linux kernel and system environment
- Test and evaluate software on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) setups, robotic platforms,and field trials
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across hardware and software layers
- Develop embedded C software for microcontrollers (MCUs)
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded Linux software development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in C/C++
- Hands-on experience with communication interfaces like I²C, CAN, UART, USB, and SPI
- Experience with ROS or ROS 2 is beneficial
- Proven experience in Embedded Linux and device driver development
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson hardware and JetPack is a plus
- Familiarity with Micro-ROS is advantageous
- Proactive, self-driven, and structured working style
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
- A strong portfolio of personal or open-source projects is highly valued
