Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking experienced primary education teachers to author and grade classroom scenarios for frontier AI labs. This fully remote, asynchronous contractor role pays $35–$65 per hour and requires at least 10 hours per week.

You'll create realistic scenarios from planning to assessment, write reference answers with developmental reasoning, and evaluate model outputs for age-appropriateness and instructional accuracy, flagging ineffective activities. Payment is weekly via Stripe.

Qualifications

• Must hold a primary education teaching license or certification.
• At least 2 years of primary-level teaching experience.
• Strong depth in early literacy and numeracy instruction.
• Excellent written English for documenting pedagogical reasoning.
• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs use to measure and improve their models. We're hiring primary education teachers as contractors to author and grade the elementary classroom scenarios those evaluations run on.
