Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany is seeking AIT Engineers to join our on-site teams, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Locations include Immenstaad and Taufkirchen, with a permanent German contract and long‑term collaboration.

You will define and execute electrical and functional tests for optical subsystems and payloads, develop test procedures, troubleshoot anomalies, and collaborate with project teams to optimize quality, schedule and cost.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanic, Electrical, Aerospace or a related field.
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country required.

Aufgaben

• Electrical & Functional Testing: Define and execute electrical and functional tests for optical subsystems and payloads.
• Test Equipment & Procedures: Develop test procedures, procure auxiliary test equipment, and assess test results.
• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate test anomalies, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions in time-critical environments.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to optimize quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Quality & Non-Conformances: Support non-conformance investigations in line with company quality standards.
• Tooling & Infrastructure: Manage and maintain test tooling and infrastructure.
