Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Services, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience in facility maintenance or a similar technical position is preferred.
• Valid German driving licence (Class B) and willingness to work on-site across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance within your area of expertise.
• Carry out minor repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues in building systems.
• Conduct inspections, measurements, and routine facility walkthroughs.
• Maintain electrical installations, equipment, and technical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors when required.
• Support warranty-related repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
• Follow applicable safety regulations and quality standards.

Your Profile

• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid German driving licence (Class B).
• Willingness to work on-site at assigned facilities across Germany.
