Sécheron Hasler Group seeks an Electrical Site Supervisor & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d) for Germany-wide railway energy projects.

You will coordinate installation, supervise commissioning, and ensure timely, safe execution on customer sites across Germany. The role requires electrical engineering expertise and strong communication with customers, service providers and authorities.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed training or studies in electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable technical field.
• Professional experience in electrical engineering, electrical installation or related fields such as power distribution, renewable energy, industrial plants or rail systems.
• Proven experience coordinating construction sites with various suppliers (buildings, automation, switchgear, transformers, electrical installations).
• Basic knowledge of standards and regulations (VOB, HOAI, VDE) or willingness to learn about them.
• Switching authorization for systems up to 30kV.
• Strong communication, confidence and flexibility; willingness to travel.
• Good knowledge of German and English for working in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, plan and manage the installation and commissioning of rectifier substations at customer sites across Germany.
• Support projects from implementation to final acceptance, and organize assembly teams on site.
• Monitor timely and quality execution per planning documents and standards.
• Perform electrical protection and functional tests on switchgear and DC/low-voltage systems.
• Diagnose faults and develop effective solutions.
• Prepare construction plans, bill construction services and coordinate acceptances.
• Coordinate and monitor suppliers on site; maintain regular contact with customers and authorities.

Electrical Site Supervisor & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Electrical Site Supervisor & Commissioning Engineer (m/f/d)Full-time (100%) for our Germany-wide projects in the field of railway energy supply.

• Coordination, planning and management of the installation and commissioning of rectifier substations at our customers’ sites throughout Germany
• Support of projects from implementation to final acceptance, as well as the organization and management of assembly teams on site
• Monitoring of the professional, timely and quality execution of the work in accordance with planning documents, standards and regulations
• Carrying out electrical protection and functional tests on medium-voltage switchgear (up to 30kV), DC switchgear (up to 3kV), transformers and low-voltage systems
• Fault diagnosis and development of effective solutions to resolve faults
• Preparation of construction plans, billing of construction services and implementation of acceptances
• Coordination and monitoring of suppliers on the construction site
• Regular coordination with customers, service providers and authorities

Requirements

• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable technical field
• Professional experience in electrical engineering, electrical installation or related fields such as power distribution, renewable energy, industrial plants, mechanical engineering, rail vehicles or comparable technical environments
• Proven experience in the professional and timely coordination of construction sites with various suppliers (e.g. buildings, automation, switchgear, transformers, electrical installations)
• Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. B. VOB, HOAI, VDE) or the willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics
• Switching authorization for systems up to 30kV
• Self-confident appearance, strong communication skills, commitment and flexibility
• High willingness to travel, as location throughout Germany

The following are also advantageous:

• Experience in handling customer projects
• In-depth knowledge of CAE/CAD systems, confident handling of technical documentation and MS Project
• Basic knowledge of automation technology (IEC 61850 is a plus)
• Advanced understanding of quality assurance processes
