Job summary

Spie Wind Bremen is looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team installing battery energy storage systems (1 MW to 50 MW) and maintaining substations across Germany. You will handle wiring of medium-voltage components, perform DGUV V3 testing and inspections, and record all work in our online system.

We value mobility, safety, and teamwork. A completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent, plus relevant wind turbine service experience, is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician or equivalent.
• Experience as a Wind Turbine Service Technician preferred.
• Desirable SCC/VCA or GWO training.
• Valid Class B driving licence and mobility are required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service battery energy storage systems (1 MW–50 MW).
• Maintain substations and wire medium-voltage components.
• Perform DGUV V3 testing and inspections on equipment.
• Document completed work in the online system.

What should you bring along?

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an Electrician m/f/d, Qualified Electrician m/f/d, Electrical Systems Technician m/f/d, or an equivalent qualification
• You ideally have experience as a Wind Turbine Service Technician m/f/d and with medium-voltage systems
• You possess SCC/VCA certification or GWO training, which is desirable
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence ensuring your mobility
• You are able to work at heights and are willing to travel throughout Germany and Europe
• You are confident communicating in German or English
