King & Moffatt Building Services seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale projects from start-up through commissioning. You will coordinate design, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and contractor interfaces on complex data centre and industrial sites.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role.
• Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Large-Scale Commercial project experience.
• Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.
• Experience of supervising teams.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects within hospital and healthcare environments.

• Raise and manage RFIs.
• Manage labour tracker.
• Maintain Progress Report weekly and track changes/variations.
• Liaise with main contractors and client site team.
• Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Ensure adequate materials are available to complete the project.
• Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place and implement the commissioning plan on site.
• Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements.
• Manage handover process and document management system.
• Plan project-specific scheduling.
• Attend meetings with Sub Contractors for on-time delivery.
• Attend general site meetings and action points.
• Communicate innovative, project-specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D)

Job Description

• Attend project start up meetings.
• Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
• Ultimately responsible for collating technical submittals ensuring they are issued, followed through until approval.
• Raise and manage RFI’s.
• Manage labour tracker.
• Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
