Following the award of a major new semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany, we are seeking an experienced Site-Based Electrical Engineer to join our growing European operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a high-performing project team delivering one of Europe's most advanced manufacturing facilities.
Reporting to the Project Management Team, the Site-Based Electrical Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and managing all technical aspects of the electrical scope of works throughout the construction phase.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Management Team, design consultants, subcontractors, and the client to ensure the electrical installation is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, programme requirements, and quality standards. The role will involve supporting site operations, resolving technical queries, coordinating with other disciplines, monitoring progress, and ensuring all electrical works are completed to the highest standard.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience delivering large-scale electrical projects.
Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction methodologies.
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
