Zusammenfassung

ZEISS is seeking a talented automation engineer to develop PLC and automation solutions for complex EUV machine platforms using Beckhoff TwinCAT. You will help shape the automation and software architecture, integrate sensors, actuators, and drive systems, and implement interfaces like OPC UA and TCP/IP.

You will work closely with systems, electrical, software, and mechanical engineering teams in Agile environments, support testing, commissioning, fault analysis, and contribute to development,

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the development of industrial control and automation systems.
• Strong PLC programming skills, ideally Beckhoff TwinCAT and EtherCAT.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as OPC UA and TCP/IP.
• Experience with C#/.NET, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, simulation, or virtual commissioning is a plus.
• Structured and methodical approach, strong teamwork skills, and excellent German and English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
