Your responsibilities
  • Customer acquisition anddeveloping customer business relationships
  • build up buying center with municipalities, planners and Energy provider / utility companies
  • Responsible for the related turnover and profit target
  • Responsible for project pipeline and maintenance of the CRM system
  • Development of local strategy and implementation for a residential and commercial business approach
  • Taylor made business concepts based on the customers need based on the building protfolio and required services
  • Cooperation with the back office and sales engineer to provide the customer with feasibility studies RoI analyses, planning support as well as final quotations
  • Participate in tenders for projects
  • prepare annual agreement and partner contracts as well as annual negotiation on contracts, after sales greements
  • Participate ad customer events and fairs
Your qualifications
  • Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical or equivalent) or Economics with a strong technical understanding of the HVAC industry
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Key Account Managementand 10 years in the HVAC industry
  • Access to Housing Associationsin Germany
  • Strong skills in communication on executive management level in German
  • Solid skills with CRM Salesforce
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in German and English
