Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and further develop the EHS management system at the Calw site, ensuring compliance with all legal and corporate requirements.
- Analyze work processes, workplaces, machinery, and equipment to identify EHS risks and hazards (including risk assessments and hazard analyses).
- Develop and implement technical, organizational, and personal measures to continuously improve occupational safety and health protection.
- Initiate, implement, and monitor EHS programs and initiatives.
- Identify and promote EHS best practices across the site.
- Plan and conduct EHS training sessions for employees and leadership.
- Advise management and departments on all EHS-related matters.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and internal audits.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in EH&S, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in technical, engineering, or production-related roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.
- High level of reliability, initiative, and accountability.
- Energetic personality with assertiveness and the ability to inspire others for EHS topics.
