Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an EDI System Analyst to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our global EDI landscape. Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI, system integration, ERP interfaces, or comparable environments.
• Practical experience implementing and maintaining EDI solutions, ideally in an international industrial or automotive environment.
• Good understanding of business processes across sales, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, EDI standards, communication protocols, mapping tools, and operational support processes.
• Strong knowledge of EDI concepts, message types, mapping logic, partner connectivity, and communication standards.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into robust EDI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Service-oriented mindset, hands-on approach, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new trading partners and ensure smooth integration with ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with business requirements, IT standards, security expectations, and support processes.

What You Bring
