• You are responsible for the stable operation of our entire e-commerce and systems landscape and actively drive its development.
• At the core you combine: Tech Operations & e-commerce system administration, development of AI & automation, process optimization across all departments, management of external partners, and technical project work.
• You ensure systems run smoothly, processes are efficient, and technology actively contributes to growth.
• Operation and development of our OXID eShop and related systems.
• Monitoring, error analysis, and rapid problem resolution.
• Management and quality assurance of the shop agency (briefings, QA, sign-offs).
• Technical development together with external partners.
• Building workflows with n8n, AI tools, and integrations.
• Automation of processes across teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse).
• Introduction of new tools and systems to increase efficiency.
