We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center, located in Stuttgart, where e-bikes are brought back to life with care, precision, and top-tier tools. As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e‑bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state‑of‑the‑art tools and diagnostic equipment.

What you will do

• Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e‑bikes. Prepare e‑bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in‑house fleet. Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimise efficiency and workflow.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in bike or e‑bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior
• Mechanic). Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools. Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands‑on technical problem‑solving. Comfort working independently and as part of a close‑knit team. Fluency in English is mandatory (C1), German is a plus

Relocation support

can be relocators, support to be decided case by case. EU nationals only Notes: Recruitment: All mechanics need to go through a on‑site Trial (of ~2h) where they will have an ebike to repair (they will be evaluated based on capacity of finding the problems and repairing them). If they are abroad, first a virtual session will be organized our client
