Are you an expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Retail & Commerce, and Project Management & Accounting modules? We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Product Support Specialist to join our team in a fully remote role, open to candidates based in Germany.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 ERP, contract management, and system integration to help us support and optimize ERP solutions for our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert support and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations, especially in the Accounts Receivable, Retail & Commerce, and Project Management & Accounting modules.
- Contract & Integration Management: Manage contract-related tasks, including handling customer master data and integrations (e.g., Lasernet), ensuring smooth functionality across systems.
- Complex Project Module Management: Support the Project module (including consumption points for multisite companies), ensuring smooth invoicing and contract management integration for different business use cases.
- ITSM Ticket Management: Lead the triage of ITSM tickets, including qualifying, assigning, and troubleshooting incidents related to contracts and invoicing systems. Collaborate with internal or external developers for escalated issues.
- Change Request & Release Management: Review and refine change requests submitted through Azure DevOps, assess feasibility, and prioritize for the backlog or implementation. Help manage release cycles, including preparing release notes and monitoring deployment progress.
- Test Case Writing: Write detailed test cases, ensuring proper alignment with business requirements and processes.
- Collaboration with Developers & Stakeholders: Work closely with development teams to create functional specifications (FRDs) and technical documentation (TDDs), ensuring effective communication and smooth integration across modules.
- SLA & Progress Tracking: Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, tracking project milestones, incidents, and progress on work items.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations, particularly in the Accounts Receivable, Retail & Commerce, and Project Management & Accounting modules.
- Proven experience in contract management, including customer data and integration management (such as Lasernet).
- Strong experience in managing complex project modules, including multisite companies and invoicing systems.
- Proficiency in ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), Azure DevOps, and managing release cycles.
- Ability to write test cases, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and track progress effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with diverse teams, from business experts to developers.
